WHO is committed to eliminating HIV, viral hepatitis, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs) as public health threats in the Western Pacific Region by supporting Member States in implementing the Regional Framework for Reaching the Unreached. Effective monitoring of disease burden and progress is essential to this effort. These country profiles present country‑level situations and progress towards global targets for HIV, viral hepatitis, STIs, and the elimination of mother‑to‑child transmission of these infections.
